This Residential Dumbwaiter has a car size of 350mm wide x 500mm deep x 500mm high and 20 Kg capacity. It is designed to fit into a space of 640mm x 610mm. For use when the top floor headroom is less than the 2200mm needed for the standard motor at the top models. It has proven design quality and reliability and comes in primed painted finish for you to have painted to match your decor, galvanised or stainless steel, or a match of all. We would always recommend the standard motor at the top dumbwaiter, however, when space and limited headroom is at at a minimum, this is the perfect solution.
